Warranty Policy

The warranty term is 1-year from date of shipment unless stated otherwise in the description of the part. We warrant that the item will be free of functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions within the warranty period. If a defect occurs, we will either send you a new unit, repair your unit or refund your purchase price based upon our availability. You must contact us for a return authorization and then return the defective unit to us within 30-days after reporting the defect. In most cases, Classic Automation will pay for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement using its approved shipping method.

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES; EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF SAME.
