Out-of-stock parts or those with limited availability can also be quoted. Our sales team will follow up promptly.

Can I mix conditions or part numbers?
Yes! Add multiple parts with different conditions into one quote when using the request quote button in your cart.
Do I need an account?
No. You can request quotes or order as a guest.
How long do quotes take?
Immediately, when the price is listed. Otherwise, quotes are typically returned within 1–2 business days.

Used/Refurbished - These parts have been previously used, but are in good condition and clean. They have been refurbished but may have minor cosmetic or superficial flaws.
New Without Package - These parts are new. They have not been used, but their original packaging is no longer available.
New In Opened Package - These parts are new. They have not been used, but their original packaging has been opened or the packaging is significantly aged.
New In Sealed Package - These parts are new. They have not been used and still have their original package seal intact.
New in Original Package - These parts are new. The packages were not originally sealed by their original manufacturer.
Factory New - These are new and current items that are procured from the manufacturer.
Repair Service - Classic Automation will repair your item for the price and turnaround time listed.

Requesting Your Repair/Repair Quotes
Repair Options can be used to obtain a repair authorization as a 'Guest' or logged into your 'Customer Account'
Add to Repair Cart
Using the 'Add to Repair Cart' option will add the specified quantity of repairable parts to your cart.
Use this when submitting multiple part numbers for your repair quote.
Follow the instructions in the email you provided to send in your repairs for a free evaluation.
(Note: Repair quote options are only available if there are no non-repairable parts in your cart or through the express quote option.)
Repair Now
Using the 'Repair Now' option allows you to submit a repair of your desired quantity for a single part number.
Fill out the information and follow the repair shipping instructions sent to the email you provided.
Find a copy of your express quote in your account or email.
The Repair Proccess
At Classic Automation, the industrial parts repair process focuses on functional testing. High-quality, comprehensively tested repairs are made with system-specific test fixtures. Hundreds of different testing fixtures are used to meet the variety of tests required, and all repaired items have a 2-year warranty.
Advanced diagnostic tools are used to quickly pinpoint the root problem. State-of-the-art equipment is available to replace high-density components for:
Control Systems Repair (DCS, PLC, CNC)
Panel Controllers Repair
HMI and Display Panels Repair
Industrial PCs Repair
Drives Repair (Inverter and Servo)
Power Supply Repair
As a preventive maintenance measure, all components subject to high degradation with age, such as electrolytic capacitors and NVRAM, are replaced. Great care is taken to retain application programs and data parameters.
Fixed-prices for repair services are offered. For many parts listed you can generate your own repair quote and repair authorization online.
If pricing is not listed, fast no-cost evaluation can be made to determine the repair pricing. In these cases, you will be contacted for approval prior to us starting any repairs.
Back-up and Documentation Services
Services to load, backup, or document your application programs are also available for a very wide range of control systems, panels, and drives. We can accept files via e-mail or may be able to upload them from equipment sent in for repair. Please contact us for additional details for your specific equipment.

- Our standard order processing time is 3 business days (5 business days for drives).
- For urgent needs, we offer same-day shipping on most items for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Simply select your preferred next-day shipping option at checkout, and your order will be prioritized to minimize downtime. Drives typically require a 3-business-day processing time for emergency orders, please contact us if you need the drive quicker.
- For repair services, typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks, depending on parts availability and service requirements.
