New Without Package - These parts are new. They have not been used, but their original packaging is no longer available.
New In Opened Package - These parts are new. They have not been used, but their original packaging has been opened or the packaging is significantly aged.
New In Sealed Package - These parts are new. They have not been used and still have their original package seal intact.
New in Original Package - These parts are new. The packages were not originally sealed by their original manufacturer.
Factory New - These are new and current items that are procured from the manufacturer.

Overview
The B&R MCGE31-0 is a MINICONTROL Base Unit Card Rack designed for use with B&R’s modular automation platform. This chassis provides the essential backplane and mechanical housing for the installation of CPU and I/O modules, featuring 6 slots for digital I/O modules and a timer module. It is supplied without any pre-installed modules, offering a flexible foundation for building customized control configurations.

The Repair Proccess
At Classic Automation, the industrial parts repair process focuses on functional testing. High-quality, comprehensively tested repairs are made with system-specific test fixtures. Hundreds of different testing fixtures are used to meet the variety of tests required, and all repaired items have a 2-year warranty.
Advanced diagnostic tools are used to quickly pinpoint the root problem. State-of-the-art equipment is available to replace high-density components for:

If pricing is not listed, fast no-cost evaluation can be made to determine the repair pricing. In these cases, you will be contacted for approval prior to us starting any repairs.
Back-up and Documentation Services
Services to load, backup, or document your application programs are also available for a very wide range of control systems, panels, and drives. We can accept files via e-mail or may be able to upload them from equipment sent in for repair. Please contact us for additional details for your specific equipment.
